Welcome to Pink Picker Party! I am very excited to share my ideas and products with you! I have put many of my passions into this store resulting in a wide variety of products for my customers.

And now, for your reading enjoyment: The Pink Picker’s store policies! They may be boring, but they are essential to providing you with fabulous customer service. For best results please read these first and then go on a shopping spree!

 

Shipping

We have successfully packed and shipped thousands of packages and you can be assured that we will go the extra mile when it comes to properly packing and shipping your order as well, so that it arrives as described at your doorstep!

 

U.S. Shipping: As a general rule I ship items via USPS or FedEx. Please let me know if you are interested in tracking, confirmation, or insurance. I take great care when packaging your items! I will do everything in my power to insure the item will arrive as shown in pictures. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the item will be handled with care once your purchase is in route. Breakage due to handling by others is not my fault. :( I highly recommend you get INSURANCE so that everyone is happy. Email me and I will give you an estimate to set up insurance and any other special shipping requests such as GIFT WRAPPING you may have.

 

International Shipping: I cannot be responsible for any additional costs for customs or damages to your shipment. In addiiton, I will need a contact phone number for all international shipments as is required for the customs form. Large/Heavy items may not be able to be shipped internationally due to the obvious size, additional restrictions and higher costs. If you would like to purchase a large quantity of items, I would recommend that you email me first to get an accurate shipping cost for your item(s). Most international shipments will be shipped via USPS First Class International unless the size of the package is too large and then will be shipped either USPS priority or FedEx International.

 

Processing Time: In other words, the time it takes from the moment you place and pay for your order to the time it takes us to ship your order. For most of our handmade items (i.e, stamped utensils, stamped scoops, contianers with labels, etc.) may take up to 3-5 business days for processing. For non-handmade items it normally takes 1-3 business days.

 

Refunds/Exchanges: We offer refunds for items that arrive not as described (Note that the final product for handmade items can vary a little due to the fact that each handmade item has a degree of human error involved). I ask that you let me know within 3 days of receiving your purchase and provide me with pictures of your concern/ shipping damage. Please let me know in a timely manner if you need to return your purchase for this reason. There will not be a refund for shipping costs. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for return shipping costs. These policies are basic guidelines that are not always black and white. We love this store and value my customers! we will treat you fairly. It is my ultimate goal to keep my customers happy and returning!

 

For food grade products – We do not accept returns or exchanges for food-grade products (products to be used to contain food product, eat food products with, etc.). We do not accept returns on these items specifically due to sanitary reasons for my customers. We do accept returns (as always) for any products that are not as described.

 

Sales Tax: We do ship from Illinois so if you live in Illinois and you purchase items from my store I am required to collect sales tax at 7.85%. If you live anywhere outside of Illinois than there is NO sales tax charged.

 

Custom Orders: I do accept custom orders to the extent it is something that we can do. Just email me and give me the details for your custom project and will be more than happy to get the creativity flowing!

 

Large Order discounts: If you are looking to purchase large quantities for an event or party please email me in advance for a quote. Most of the time a discount can be given but it obviously depends on many variables.
